When you request a confidential callback, we collect the name, phone number, email (if provided), preferred contact method and time, a category describing your situation, your parish or city, and any details you choose to share. We collect this information only when you submit the form.
Our website does not currently use any advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function are set by default. If we add optional analytics or marketing tools in the future, they will remain off until you allow them through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
How we use the information
Information submitted through the callback form is reviewed by Paul Arceneaux and used only to prepare for and conduct the callback. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing messages based on your submission.
Retention
Callback submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request and to maintain a record of contact for the firm's business purposes. You may request deletion at any time using the contact information below.
Third parties and hosting
This website is hosted and its database is provided by Lovable Cloud. Callback submissions are stored in a secured database accessible only to the firm. We do not share personal information with any other third party except as required by law.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted through this site by emailing paul@paularceneaux.com or calling 985-205-3660. We do not sell personal information.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Confidentiality note
Submitting the callback form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information beyond what is needed to describe your situation until a relationship has been established in writing.
